All services are provided in the Medway and Kent areas.
All quotations provided are free of charge and without obligation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
The final price may vary if the scope of work changes or if additional work is required that was not visible during the initial inspection.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. We accept the following payment methods:
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.
We stand behind the quality of our work. All roofing work comes with a workmanship guarantee. The duration of the guarantee depends on the type of work performed:
Guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, third-party interference, or lack of maintenance.
Quick Quote Roofing Ltd is fully insured with public liability insurance. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for all work undertaken.
You may cancel any booking with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
For work already in progress, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Quick Quote Roofing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
